-criticism must be constructive (Although destructive ones do not offend me easily, it is a waste of time and a waste of communications, also it is an abuse of the internet services)

-identify on IM communications and the like. If you don’t, you will be ignored and marked as a spammer.

DON’Ts

-Spam me (who else want to be spammed?)

-Destructively criticise me (see above)

-Sending pornographic content

-Sending me hate mail

-Flooding my inbox with unnecessary messages
